Average living space per new dwelling completed reached 98.7 sqm in 2012 in Poland, according to the National Statistical Office. This is 4.64% less than in the previous year.
Historically, average living space per new dwelling completed in Poland reached an all time high of 103 sqm in 2011 and an all time low of 48.8 sqm in 1992.
