Mercury production reached 20,000 kg in 2015 in Kyrgyzstan, according to the National Statistical Office. This is 56.5% less than in the previous year.
Historically, mercury production in Kyrgyzstan reached an all time high of 488,000 kg in 2004 and an all time low of 20,000 kg in 2015.
