Based on a comparison of 145 countries in 2022, USA ranked the highest in military expenditure in local currency with USD 877 bil followed by China and Russia. On the other end of the scale was Liberia with USD < 0.001 bil, Haiti with USD 0.013 bil and Gambia with USD 0.015 bil.
