Mortgage loans as a share of bank loans reached 30.6% in 2021 in Cyprus, according to the National Central Bank. This is 9.28% less than in the previous year.
Historically, mortgage loans as a share of bank loans in Cyprus reached an all time high of 36.7% in 2017 and an all time low of 11.9% in 2008.
