Mortgage loans as a share of bank loans reached 29.3% in 2020 in Sweden, according to the National Central Bank. This is 1.91% more than in the previous year.
Historically, mortgage loans as a share of bank loans in Sweden reached an all time high of 71.9% in 2004 and an all time low of 28.7% in 2019.
