Mortgage loans reached ALL 184 bil in second quarter of 2023 in Albania, according to the National Central Bank. This is 2.01% more than in the previous quarter.
Historically, mortgage loans in Albania reached an all time high of ALL 184 bil in 2Q2023 and an all time low of ALL 123 bil in 4Q2010.
