Mortgage Loans (Local Currency) in Cyprus

Mortgage loans reached EUR 8.29 bil in 2022 in Cyprus, according to the National Central Bank. This is 2.04% more than in the previous year.

Historically, mortgage loans in Cyprus reached an all time high of EUR 18.4 bil in 2010 and an all time low of EUR 4.14 bil in 2005.
