Mortgage loans reached EUR 1,560 bil in February 2023 in Germany, according to the National Central Bank. This is 0.089% more than in the previous month.
Historically, mortgage loans in Germany reached an all time high of EUR 1,560 bil in December 2022 and an all time low of EUR 910 bil in January 2003.
