Mortgage loans reached EUR 1,177 bil in second quarter of 2023 in Germany, according to the National Central Bank. This is 28.3% less than in the previous quarter.
Historically, mortgage loans in Germany reached an all time high of EUR 1,641 bil in 1Q2023 and an all time low of EUR 847 bil in 1Q1999.
