Mortgage loans reached HUF 8,175 bil in 2022 in Hungary, according to the National Central Bank. This is 9.61% more than in the previous year.

Historically, mortgage loans in Hungary reached an all time high of HUF 8,175 bil in 2022 and an all time low of HUF 127 bil in 1998.
