Mortgage loans reached LVL 5.15 bil in second quarter of 2023 in Latvia, according to the National Central Bank. This is 9.74% more than in the previous quarter.
Historically, mortgage loans in Latvia reached an all time high of LVL 5.15 bil in 2Q2023 and an all time low of LVL 4.41 bil in 3Q2016.
