Mortgage loans reached LVL 5.15 bil in 2022 in Latvia, according to the National Central Bank. This is 4.30% more than in the previous year.
Historically, mortgage loans in Latvia reached an all time high of LVL 7.34 bil in 2008 and an all time low of LVL 0.009 bil in 1997.
