Mortgage Loans (Local Currency) in Pakistan

Mortgage loans reached PKR 260 bil in 2022 in Pakistan, according to the National Central Bank. This is 20.0% more than in the previous year.

Historically, mortgage loans in Pakistan reached an all time high of PKR 426 bil in 2020 and an all time low of PKR 74.8 bil in 2014.
