Mortgage loans reached RWF 526 bil in 2022 in Rwanda, according to the National Central Bank. This is 11.4% more than in the previous year.
Historically, mortgage loans in Rwanda reached an all time high of RWF 526 bil in 2022 and an all time low of RWF 25.7 bil in 2011.
