Mortgage loans reached SEK 2,842 bil in 2022 in Sweden, according to the National Central Bank. This is 26.9% less than in the previous year.
Historically, mortgage loans in Sweden reached an all time high of SEK 3,890 bil in 2021 and an all time low of SEK 713 bil in 2001.
