Mortgage loans reached TRY 440 bil in second quarter of 2023 in Turkey, according to the National Central Bank. This is 12.3% more than in the previous quarter.
Historically, mortgage loans in Turkey reached an all time high of TRY 440 bil in 2Q2023 and an all time low of TRY 13.4 bil in 4Q2005.
