Mortgage Loans (Local Currency) in Uganda

Mortgage loans reached UGX 1,009 bil in 2022 in Uganda, according to the National Central Bank. This is 12.7% more than in the previous year.

Historically, mortgage loans in Uganda reached an all time high of UGX 1,009 bil in 2022 and an all time low of UGX 419 bil in 2013.

Uganda has been ranked 21st within the group of 86 countries we follow in terms of mortgage loans.
