Mortgage Loans (Local Currency) in Ukraine

Mortgage loans reached UAH 21.3 bil in 2022 in Ukraine, according to the National Central Bank. This is 25.3% less than in the previous year.

Historically, mortgage loans in Ukraine reached an all time high of UAH 98.8 bil in 2009 and an all time low of UAH 20.4 bil in 2006.

Ukraine has been ranked 60th within the group of 86 countries we follow in terms of mortgage loans.
