Mortgage loans reached USD 8.84 bil in 2022 in Cyprus, according to the National Central Bank. This is 3.91% less than in the previous year.
Historically, mortgage loans in Cyprus reached an all time high of USD 17.0 bil in 2017 and an all time low of USD 4.90 bil in 2005.
