Mortgage loans reached USD 5.49 bil in 2022 in Latvia, according to the National Central Bank. This is 1.78% less than in the previous year.
Historically, mortgage loans in Latvia reached an all time high of USD 7.04 bil in 2008 and an all time low of USD 0.010 bil in 1997.
