Mortgage loans reached USD 122 bil in 2021 in Russia, according to the National Central Bank. This is 2.75% less than in the previous year.
Historically, mortgage loans in Russia reached an all time high of USD 126 bil in 2020 and an all time low of USD 33.7 bil in 2009.
