Mortgage loans reached USD 273 bil in 2022 in Sweden, according to the National Central Bank. This is 36.7% less than in the previous year.
Historically, mortgage loans in Sweden reached an all time high of USD 430 bil in 2021 and an all time low of USD 68.2 bil in 2001.
