Mushroom and Truffle Production in Azerbaijan

Mushroom and truffle production reached 1,567 tonnes in 2022 in Azerbaijan, according to Faostat. This is 0.174% more than in the previous year.

Historically, mushroom and truffle production in Azerbaijan reached an all time high of 1,900 tonnes in 2009 and an all time low of 1,000 tonnes in 2006.
