Mushroom and Truffle Production in Taiwan

Mushroom and truffle production reached 8,793 tonnes in 2014 in Taiwan, according to Faostat. This is 1.07% more than in the previous year.

Historically, mushroom and truffle production in Taiwan reached an all time high of 119,460 tonnes in 1978 and an all time low of 2,784 tonnes in 1961.

Taiwan has been ranked 27th within the group of 70 countries we follow in terms of mushroom and truffle production.
