New businesses registered in terms of a number of limited companies reached 72,774 firms in 2020 in Germany, according to the National Statistical Office. This is 1.64% less than in the previous year.
Historically, new businesses registered in terms of a number of limited companies in Germany reached an all time high of 74,055 firms in 2009 and an all time low of 61,950 firms in 2004.
