Non-performing loans as a share of bank equity reached 28.0% in 2018 in Rwanda, according to the National Central Bank. This is 10.4% less than in the previous year.
Historically, non-performing loans as a share of bank equity in Rwanda reached an all time high of 67.6% in 2008 and an all time low of 19.6% in 2012.
