Non-performing loans reached NGN 1,234 bil in 2020 in Nigeria, according to the National Central Bank. This is 16.4% more than in the previous year.
Historically, non-performing loans in Nigeria reached an all time high of NGN 2,363 bil in 2017 and an all time low of NGN 286 bil in 2012.
