Historically, non-performing loans in Slovenia reached an all time high of 8.62 EUR bil in 2013 and an all time low of 0.192 EUR bil in 1996. When compared to Slovenia's main peers, non-performing loans in Croatia amounted to 45.0 HRK bil, 2,521 HUF bil in Hungary and 289 EUR bil in Italy in 2013.
