Non-performing loans reached USD 0.235 bil in 2020 in Uganda, according to the National Central Bank. This is 22.9% more than in the previous year.
Historically, non-performing loans in Uganda reached an all time high of USD 0.333 bil in 2016 and an all time low of USD 0.016 bil in 2005.
Uganda has been ranked 56th within the group of 72 countries we follow in terms of non-performing loans.
