Number of maritime oil tankers reached 326 vessels in 2011 in Sweden, according to the National Statistical Office. This is 47.1% less than in the previous year.
Historically, number of maritime oil tankers in Sweden reached an all time high of 1,382 vessels in 1992 and an all time low of 159 vessels in 2002.
