Office Rental Yield (Capital City Average)

Based on a comparison of 27 countries in 2013, Ukraine ranked the highest in average office rental yield in the capital city with 13.0% followed by Serbia and Bulgaria. On the other end of the scale was Switzerland with 3.20%, France with 4.25% and Sweden with 4.50%.
