Official production of varietal wine reached 41.8 1,000 hl in 2016 in Slovakia, according to Eurostat. This is 63.7% less than in the previous year.
Historically, official production of varietal wine in Slovakia reached an all time high of 115 1,000 hl in 2015 and an all time low of 21.0 1,000 hl in 2014.
