Based on a comparison of 31 countries in 2015, Netherlands ranked the highest in Part-time Employment Rate (Eurostat) with 46.9% followed by Switzerland and Austria. On the other end of the scale was Bulgaria with 2.20%, Macedonia with 4.00% and Czechia with 5.20%.
