Petrol-Fuelled Cars (As % of New Cars Sold) in Germany

Petrol-fuelled as a share of new cars sold reached 26.0% in fourth quarter of 2022 in Germany, according to ACEA. This is 24.1% less than in the previous quarter.

Historically, petrol-fuelled as a share of new cars sold in Germany reached an all time high of 63.2% in 2Q2018 and an all time low of 26.0% in 4Q2022.
