Petrol-fuelled as a share of new cars sold reached 43.4 % in 2020 in Luxembourg, according to ACEA. This is 14.3 % less than in the previous year.

Historically, petrol-fuelled as a share of new cars sold in Luxembourg reached an all time high of 83.3 % in 1991 and an all time low of 22.2 % in 2007.
