Pigs Livestock by Herd Size (1,000-1,999 Sows)

Based on a comparison of 10 countries in 2007, Denmark ranked the highest in pigs livestock in a herd size of 1,000-1,999 sows with 1,334 '000 followed by United Kingdom and Romania. On the other end of the scale was Malta with 2.00 '000, Slovakia with 16.0 '000 and Latvia with 18.0 '000.
