Production of Acidified Cows' Milk (yoghurts and other) in Italy

Production of acidified cows' milk reached 271 kt in 2016 in Italy, according to Eurostat. This is 7.90% more than in the previous year.

Historically, production of acidified cows' milk in Italy reached an all time high of 366 kt in 2012 and an all time low of 232 kt in 2004.
