Production of Cows' Milk Butter (incl. dehydrated butter and ghee) and Other Fats and Oils in Croatia

Production of cows' milk butter reached 4.13 kt in 2016 in Croatia, according to Eurostat. This is 1.72% more than in the previous year.

Historically, production of cows' milk butter in Croatia reached an all time high of 4.92 kt in 2009 and an all time low of 2.15 kt in 2000.
