Historically, production of rye and meslin in Norway reached an all time high of 59,000 kt in 2015 and an all time low of 0.200 kt in 1988. When compared to Norway's main peers, production of rye and meslin in Denmark amounted to 1,044 kt, 104 kt in Finland and 143 kt in Sweden in 2015.
