Historically, production of skimmed cows' milk in Kyrgyzstan reached an all time high of 267 kt in 2008 and an all time low of 20.3 kt in 1996. When compared to Kyrgyzstan's main peers, production of skimmed cows' milk in China amounted to 2,088 kt, 387 kt in Kazakhstan, 0.419 kt in Tajikistan and 94.5 kt in Uzbekistan in 2014.
