Production of skimmed cows' milk reached 181 kt in 2014 in Slovenia, according to Faostat. This is the same as in the previous year.
Historically, production of skimmed cows' milk in Slovenia reached an all time high of 212 kt in 2004 and an all time low of 94.0 kt in 1993. When compared to Slovenia's main peers, production of skimmed cows' milk in Austria amounted to 1,087 kt, 95.7 kt in Croatia, 200 kt in Hungary and 2,847 kt in Italy in 2014.
