Based on a comparison of 14 countries in 2016, Spain ranked the highest in production value at basic price of grapes with EUR 1,030 mil followed by Italy and Switzerland. On the other end of the scale was Malta with EUR 2.23 mil, Cyprus with EUR 8.69 mil and Slovenia with EUR 15.1 mil.
