Based on a comparison of 29 countries in 2016, France ranked the highest in production value of wheat and spelt with EUR 4,257 mil followed by Germany and Italy. On the other end of the scale was Iceland with EUR 0.010 mil, Cyprus with EUR 5.69 mil and Luxembourg with EUR 9.68 mil.
