Based on a comparison of 32 countries in 2011, Hungary ranked the highest in public sources (as % of expenditure of public and private sources of funds on educational institutio with 100% followed by Norway and Finland. On the other end of the scale was USA with 67.9%, Japan with 69.5% and Liechtenstein with 78.4%.
