Pupils learning English at ISCED level 2 (As % of total)

Based on a comparison of 30 countries in 2012, Sweden ranked the highest in pupils learning english at isced level 2 as a percentage of total with 100% followed by Liechtenstein and Denmark. On the other end of the scale was Belgium with 45.4%, Luxembourg with 54.4% and Hungary with 62.6%.
