Based on a comparison of 22 countries in 2022, Bangladesh ranked the highest in retail loans as a share of bank loans with 7,406% followed by Madagascar and Guinea. On the other end of the scale was Luxembourg with 6.22%, Mozambique with 7.66% and Turkey with 19.7%.
