Retail loans reached USD 211 bil in 2017 in Russia, according to the National Central Bank. This is 18.6% more than in the previous year.
Historically, retail loans in Russia reached an all time high of USD 303 bil in 2013 and an all time low of USD 19.3 bil in 2004.
