Historically, rye production in Poland reached an all time high of 9,540 kt in 1984 and an all time low of 2,013 kt in 2015. When compared to Poland's main peers, rye production in Czech Republic amounted to 104 kt, 3,174 kt in Germany, 2,541 kt in Russia and 392 kt in Ukraine in 2016.
