Sales of manufactured cigarettes in pieces reached 9,480 mil in 2016 in Switzerland, according to the National Statistical Office. This is 2.87% less than in the previous year.
Historically, sales of manufactured cigarettes in pieces in Switzerland reached an all time high of 18,700 mil in 1972 and an all time low of 1,728 mil in 1934.
