Sales of Total Chargeable Electric Vehicles in Italy

Sales of electric cars reached 30.4 thousand in fourth quarter of 2022 in Italy, according to ACEA. This is 34.1% more than in the previous quarter.

Historically, sales of electric cars in Italy reached an all time high of 38.6 thousand in 2Q2021 and an all time low of 0.610 thousand in 3Q2016.

Italy has been ranked 7th within the group of 30 countries we follow in terms of sales of electric cars.
